We have seen some interesting sources of donor parts for the Type 48
Corsa Spyder before, but none have been quite as extraordinary as this,
Jowett Jupiter based car. Geoff McAuley, a keen Jowett enthusiast, started
this unique project back in December 2005 and completed it in late 2008.
The result is a breathtaking variation of the Type 48 Corsa Spyder, which
has been finished to one of the highest standards we have seen so far.

Geoff’s project, as well as looking superb, also showcases the flexibility of the
Type 48 Corsa Spyder to lend itself to different donor vehicles.

Since its completion last year, the Fiorano Jowett Type 48 Corsa Spyder has
been embraced by both Jowett and kit car fraternities alike. It would appear
that congratulations are in order!
